About Our Client

The employer is a well-established organisation within the industrial/manufacturing sector looking for a Personal Assistant to support their directors based in Redditch part time.

Job Description

3. Manage senior management's diaries, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
4. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
5. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation.
6. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior management.
7. Organise and maintain confidential files and documents.
8. Support with organising company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
9. Monitor and manage email inboxes, prioritising tasks and flagging urgent matters.
10. Provide general administrative support to the wider team when required.

The Successful Applicant

11. Experience as an Administrator or Personal Assistant.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
14. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
15. A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
16. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
17. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
18. Can commute to Redditch, Birmingham.
