Salary: £90-£120 (depending on experience)
About the Role:
A welcoming and community-focused primary school in Winslow is seeking an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide excellent support across all year groups. You will be instrumental in delivering pre-planned lessons, leading interventions, and supporting pupils to reach their full potential academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and occasionally lead class teaching across the school
* Deliver small group or 1:1 intervention to meet individual learning needs
* Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and adapt lessons
* Foster a safe and engaging learning environment
* Support pupils with a range of needs, including SEN and EAL
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent
* Proven experience working in a school setting
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* A caring and proactive approach to learning support
