 
        
        Fixed-term PAYE roles offered in accordance with ongoing project needs.
Skillsrequired:
 * Proven experience in OLE works and site supervision within a rail infrastructure environment
 * Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk management
 * Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills
 * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
 * Competency in incident response and emergency procedures
 * Headspan and Spanwire experience preferred but not essential as training will be supplied.
 * Familiarity with resource planning and reporting tools
 * OLEC 3 and SSSTS as a minimum, COSS (desirable).
