Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join a small but busy accountancy practice in Shenfield. The ideal candidate will possess strong admin skills and be proficient in word and excel. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and running of the office.
Responsibilities
* Typing up of accounts.
* Generating invoices and correspondence for clients.
* Liaising with clients and HMRC on the phone.
* Various secretarial duties, including filing and taking calls.
* Keeping the office in a clean and tidy manner.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
