THE ROLE: As Clinical Sales Specialist, the successful applicant will enjoy a specialist, varied, consultative role in which they will be helping to manage key clinical relationships within NHS and private hospitals - typically in theatre, critical care, cardiac, EBME, obs & gynae and anaesthesia. Contact level will typically be with anaesthetists, consultants, nurses, cardiologists, transfusion teams and IT departments and a key part of the role is working in collaboration and partnership with your colleagues in sales. Full product training will be provided and career development and earning prospects are very attractive indeed for high achievers.

REQUIREMENTS
·Must have a clinical background in intensive care or cardiac surgery
·Good commercial awareness but no sales experience necessary
·A motivated and hard-working individual
·Excellent communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality.

The Package for Clinical Sales Specialist:
·Basic: £40,000 to £50,000
·Commission 20%+ uncapped
·Car: Fully expensed company car or car allowance
