Responsibilities
This post provides a crucial focal point for all communication to and from the Child and Family Team and involves interaction with patients, relatives, parents, carers, GPs, and other allied health care professionals. It also provides support to medical records/clerical service, including administration and accurately proceeding in line with the Patient Access Policy. Additionally, the post will provide administrative support for the health visitors & school nursing team and may require attending school visits to support the immunisation programme.
