Reed Marketing and Creative are currently working with a growing and forward:thinking organisation who are looking for a Social Media and Content Creator to join their marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and deliver engaging multimedia content across a range of social media channels and digital platforms Develop visually compelling assets including graphics and video to enhance brand presence Manage day:to:day social media activity, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and aligned with business goals Interact with online audiences including customers, employees, and wider stakeholders to build engagement and community Support brand awareness and lead generation by amplifying campaigns across social channels Monitor and analyse performance metrics to continuously refine content strategy and improve results Stay up to date with emerging social trends, platform updates, and new formats to maximise reach and engagement Identify opportunities to position the business as an employer of choice through authentic and engaging messaging Conduct competitor research and market analysis to inform content direction and uncover new opportunities Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand storytelling
The successful candidate will:
Have experience managing social media content and campaigns across multiple platforms Be confident producing high:quality visual and video content, with strong creative skills Possess excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences Have experience using analytics and insights to guide content decisions and optimise performance Be proactive, creative, and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrate strong awareness of digital trends and a passion for social storytelling Have experience using design and scheduling tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout or similar) Knowledge of AI content tools or motion graphics would be advantageous but not essential
