Overview
As Head of Merchandising, you\'ll report to the Merchandise Director and take ownership of setting and delivering the merchandising vision across all channels. You\'ll manage a talented team of Merchandising Managers, Merchandisers and Demand Planners, while working closely with Buying Directors, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to ensure seamless delivery of commercial goals. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days each week based at our iconic Knightsbridge store.

Our Merchandising team are now looking for a Head of Merchandising to lead and inspire a high-performing team while shaping the future of our merchandising strategy across Harrods. You\'ll play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, optimising processes, and ensuring our customers continue to enjoy an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
Responsibilities
* Leading and developing a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring and role-modelling Harrods\' values.
* Driving the merchandising strategy, maximising sales and profitability, and monitoring performance against budgets.
* Overseeing demand planning, forecasting and replenishment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
* Partnering with Buying to deliver a customer-focused product strategy, supported by accurate analysis and forecasting.
* Driving process improvement, automation and cross-functional collaboration to create efficiencies and sustainable growth.
* Acting as deputy for the Merchandise Director on key initiatives and projects.
* Be commercially astute with proven experience in merchandising or supply chain, ideally within a multi-brand retail environment.
* Balance strategic vision with operational delivery and inspire those around you to achieve exceptional results.
