Warehouse Manager / Team Leader - CV6 Area
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager / Team Leader to join a busy operation in the CV6 area on a permanent basis.
Key Details:
* Location: CV6
* Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (flexibility available)
* Pay Rate: £16 per hour
* Contract: Permanent
The Role:
You will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing daily warehouse activities (goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch)
* Maintaining accurate stock levels using WMS systems
* Leading, supervising, and motivating the warehouse team
* Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
* Coordinating logistics and deliveries
* Monitoring performance and KPIs
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Manager / Team Leader role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
* Reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach
