Job Title: RMN – Registered Mental Health Nurse

Hours: 42 hours per week, pro rota (3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next) – Days or Nights
Salary: £18.60 to £25 per hour DOE, breaks paid

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at St Magnus Nursing. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health settings, including inpatient psychiatric units, crisis teams, or community mental health services. You will provide high-quality, person-centered care, support patients' mental health needs, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and the Mental Health Act.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients with mental health needs.
* Conduct risk assessments, implement de-escalation techniques, and manage challenging behavior professionally.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
* Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to professional standards.
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration as an RMN in the UK.
* Minimum 1 year experience in mental health nursing.
* Knowledge of mental health legislation and therapeutic interventions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
