About Our Nursery
Kiddi Caru Day Nursery is a purpose‑built, bright, and airy environment with a warm reception area. Our caring and committed team nurtures each child’s unique needs, ensuring they flourish and achieve their highest potential.
We have a large secure garden with separate baby, toddler and preschool areas, a covered outdoor learning space, a mud kitchen, woodland area, cosy spots, a pergola, and a state‑of‑the‑art sensory room.
We run Sow and Grow and Make and Bake programmes to instil sustainability and healthy eating values.
We hold a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating.
Location and Travel
Situated in the Whiteley Community Centre on Gull Coppice, close to primary schools and near the M27 junction. Bus stops are on Yew Tree Drive, 10‑minute walk to Swanwick Station, and parking is available outside the entrance.
What Will You Be Doing
* Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
* Support and supervise playroom staff with their day‑to‑day duties.
* Deploy staff appropriately to ensure the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
* Ensure the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
* Ensure that practice and provision meets the requirements of the EYFS.
* Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
* Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
* Develop open and positive working relationships with staff.
* Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.
