Key Responsibilities:
10. Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
11. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
12. Work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes for children.
13. Maintain a safe and stimulating environment in accordance with Ofsted standards.
Requirements:
14. Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
15. A genuine passion for working with children.
16. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
17. Knowledge of the EYFS framework is essential.
