About the Role:
Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting a Senior Practitioner - Adult Social Care Assessment to join Nottingham City Council. In this key role, you will provide leadership, assessment, and decision-making support for adults requiring social care services. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery and positive outcomes for vulnerable adults.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Senior Practitioner in adult social care assessment
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality care
