The role of a Multimedia Producer is a diverse one, focusing on managing 50 Best’s video and photo production to promote and communicate our 50 Best branded events and content campaigns, for both digital and live usage.
As part of the wider Content Team, you will support the Group Multimedia Manager to ensure production and distribution of required multimedia assets, primarily photography and videography, while supporting the ongoing development of our YouTube channels and taking full responsibility for commercial and digital content projects when needed.
As a passionate creative and experienced producer with strong editing expertise, you’ll ensure that every piece of content, whether it’s for social media or large-scale campaigns, aligns with our brand identity and meets high creative standards.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading the planning of live event shows and video shoot schedules to produce engaging multimedia content for our digital platforms, in collaboration with the Group Multimedia Manager
2. Managing third-party suppliers to ensure all deliverables are planned, executed and produced in line with 50 Best’s publishing schedule and high standards
3. Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed costs
4. Developing engaging, innovative and interesting content ideas and formats that will excite our audience and our partners with the wider content team
5. Understanding best practice for different video platforms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram etc.) and how best to carry through a central theme or idea into formats that work best for each
6. Supporting the development and production of our internal Brand Marketing Videos
7. Creating engaging ideas for graphics for use on 50 Best’s social channels
8. Writing innovative video treatments that involve creativity and utilise knowledge of social platforms
9. Liaising with production agencies and talent for video and photo production
10. Supporting the management of the 50 Best Media Centre
11. Managing and coordinating film and photography crews on the ground at events around the world
Requirements
What you’ll need:
12. Proficiency at editing using Adobe Premier Pro
13. Knowledge and competency with the Adobe Suite
14. Experience in live shoots and production, with confidence in leading shoots and managing crews on location
15. Budget and critical path management experience
16. Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them from concept to delivery
17. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
18. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
19. Language skills are an advantage but not essential
20. Industry knowledge or experience in hospitality, travel or lifestyle media is a plus
