We're seeking a Property Administrator to support the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of over 100 residential and commercial properties. This is a key role that blends operational oversight with financial admin - perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident liaising with agencies and tenants alike.

About the Role
In this fast-paced and varied position, you'll:
* Manage the administration with external agencies of a mixed-use property portfolio (residential and commercial).
* Act as the main point of contact for lettings agents regarding maintenance, rent queries, check-ins, and check-outs.
* Monitor rental income and ensure all payments are received on time, following up on arrears where necessary.
* Maintain and update the internal database, tracking key information such as rent review dates, insurance details, and tenancy deposits.
* Coordinate maintenance works and resolve tenant queries or complaints efficiently.
* Oversee tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes, ensuring rental values remain competitive.
* Reconcile monthly tenancy statements with bank statements.
* Liaise with relevant parties to manage mortgage and lease renewals.
* Assist with financial reporting, including preparing annual profit and loss statements for self-assessment and tax return purposes.
* Support with a range of ad hoc technical and administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you have:
* Previous experience in property administration, management, or a similar role.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A commercial mindset with an understanding of market rental values.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Good knowledge of database systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* A basic understanding of financial statements and profit/loss accounts.
