Summary Do you have administration experience within a school environment? Support Harris Primary Academy Beckenham in the smooth running of our administration office and wider academy. We are looking for a Receptionist and Administrator to work within our Admin Office. Main Areas of Responsibility The purpose of your role will be: To manage the reception area and be the first point of contact for all visitors to the academy, staff and students. To manage pupil attendance and assist with admissions. To manage first aid and medical requirements for the academy. To provide administrative support in order to contribute to the smooth running of the academy. A full list of responsibilities in included in the job pack. Qualifications & Experience We would like to hear from you if you have: Qualifications to GCSE level or equivalent Competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages Proficiency in the use of computers and databases Previous experience in an administrative or front office/reception role Demonstrable customer service experience Qualifications to A Level and experience of working in a school or educational establishment would be desirable, but not essential.
