Job Description
Payroll and Reward Manager
7. Lead the end-to-end payroll process for multiple UK and Irish payrolls.
8. Manage relationships with outsourced payroll and benefits providers.
9. Handle payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.
10. Oversee benefits administration, company car programmes, and reward initiatives.
11. Support annual reward cycles, benchmarking, and compensation analysis.
12. Ensure compliance with HMRC and other statutory requirements.
13. Provide accurate reporting and analytics for HR and business stakeholders.
14. Drive improvements in data integrity and process efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
Payroll and Reward Manager
15. Proven end to end payroll processing experience, ideally across a multi site environment
16. Working across multiple teams - HR, Finance and engaging key stakeholders within numerous teams
17. Exposure to improving benefit offerings, selecting vendors and driving change
18. Excellent communication skills
19. Strong team leader
20. Exposure to multi function structures
21. Able to commute to Maidenhead 3x per week
