Join one of the UK's most successful independently owned Estate Agency groups as a Sales Director, managing the Notting Hill office in London. Our award-winning client is looking for a highly successful and experienced individual to join them.
As a Sales Director, you will:
* Generate profit by driving income/activity levels and associated activities
* Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
* Maximise resources to increase operational profitability
* Personally generate fee income from daily activities
* Develop long term client relationships to ensure client retention
* Ensure focus of core business priorities
* Recruit and develop successful teams
Candidate requirements:
* Previous, relevant, sales Estate Agency experience essential
* Target driven and tenacious, with demonstrable experience of achievement
* Effectively manage a team
* Motivated and enthusiastic
* Display high standards of service and presentation
* Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
* Hold a full driving license, have your own car and be insured for Business Use

This role will pay between £45,000 - £51,000pa (depending on experience) with an uncapped OTE potential of £90,000pa.
