Key Responsibilities
* Accurately code clinical information in line with practice standards
* Ensure compliance with Read Codes/SNOMED terminology
* Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Work independently and manage workload efficiently
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in clinical coding within a primary care setting
* Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding systems
* Previous experience using EMIS Web
* Ability to work autonomously
