Kirton Medical centre is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive ARRS GP to join our busy and dedicated team who are committed to providing high quality care to all our patients. THE ARRS GP will be working 4 sessions (2 days) per week.
Ideal candidates must have qualified within the last 2 years and need to be committed to delivering high quality care and have strong attention to detail. Must be dedicated to help and support the team and promote a safe working environment.
We are a SystmOne practice and have the additional benefit of Ardens and AccuRx Plus. The practice list size is approx. 8350 patients. We are a very active participant of the Boston PCN along with 5 other member practices and work collaboratively with them to support ARRS staff.
Our CQC rating is ‘Good’ and we are high QoF achievers in all areas. Our Surgical team have a fantastic track record providing level 3 surgical procedures.
Our clinical team includes – 3 x GP Partners, 3 x Advanced Nurse Practitioners, a PCN Clinical Pharmacist, 2 x Practice Nurses, 1 x Older Adult Practice Nurse, 1 x T N/A, 1 x HCA’s and a 1 x PCN GPA.
You will be supported by an experienced and highly motivated management team and a well organised, in house, reception, admin team and Dispensary team. We also have additional staff such as a PCN Care Coordinator, PCN Cancer Care Coordinator, Physiotherapy, PCN First Contact Physiotherapist and Midwife in the building.
We are willing to consider a job share with Swineshead Medical Group who are also recruiting an ARRS GP for 4 sessions (2 days) per week.
