Job Opportunity: Administrator / Receptionist
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator / Receptionist to join our busy, friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves working between 8:00 am and 10:30 pm, five days a week, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays are shared among team members).
You will be part of a team comprising GPs, GP Trainees, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Vaccinators, and Phlebotomists, all committed to providing essential services to support GP Practices across East Sussex.
Main Duties
* Perform administrative tasks such as handling telephone calls, document scanning, managing emails, conducting stock checks, building clinics in the system, running searches, and signposting patients regarding feedback.
* Process private service payments and issue receipts.
* Maintain tidiness in waiting and clinical rooms.
* Provide support with other duties as part of a proactive, hands-on team.
* Chaperoning may occasionally be required.
