We’re Coadax—an ambitious and growing strategic advisory boutique—and we're looking for a passionate Assistant Director/Director to join our expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something exciting, with big ambitions and a clear vision for the future. With your financial experience and transaction execution skills, you will work with us to support the growth of our M&A / Corporate Finance Advisory team.
Location: Leicester
Responsibilities
* Lead mid-market M&A transactions from strategy to completion.
* Advise business owners on exit strategies and manage sale mandates.
* Support company acquisitions by identifying and evaluating target opportunities and completing the deal.
* Execute on private equity transactions, MBOs, fundraisings and valuation reports.
* Craft and review Business Plans and Information Memorandums.
* Develop and deliver pitches and proposals to secure new business.
* Proactively originate new opportunities and build long‑term client relationships, demonstrating a proven ability to win work.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Qualified ACA or Corporate Finance professional.
* Strong understanding of financial statements, standards, and analysis.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and report writing.
* Skilled in crafting clear, compelling Business Plans and Information Memorandums.
* Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Experience managing projects end-to-end with confidence and precision.
