Contract Length: 6 months initially
Start Date: Late April 2026
Location: Fully remote (supporting a London-based client)
Role Responsibilities
The Worktribe SME will:
* Provide expert guidance across the implementation, optimisation, and/or configuration of the Worktribe platform.
* Act as the key technical authority, advising on best practices, system capabilities, and suitable workflows.
* Troubleshoot complex issues and support solution design aligned to the client’s strategic goals.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and technology.
* Contribute to knowledge transfer and upskilling activities across the client team.
Candidate Requirements
* Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrable, hands‑on experience working with Worktribe—ideally across multiple modules.
* Depth of Experience: Proven track record delivering Worktribe solutions within higher education or similarly structured environments.
* Technical & Functional Knowledge: Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and enhancements.
* Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, providing clear guidance, and influencing decision‑making.
* Autonomy: Confident operating independently within a remote environment.
