Front of House Supervisor - AXA Training CentreJob IntroductionHere at LFC, we are looking for a people-focused Front of House Supervisor to help deliver exceptional food service across our world-class AXA Training Centre. You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless dining experience for players, staff and guests, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.What will you be doing?Overseeing the set-up and smooth delivery of all food service across player dining rooms, lounges, meeting spaces and hospitality areas.Leading, briefing and supporting the catering team to deliver first-class service and immaculate presentation every day.Understand the dietary needs of players in relation to the menus being offered, with a willingness to advise players on choices and health benefits.Training, guiding and developing catering assistants through regular check-ins, clear objectives and ongoing support.Taking the lead in the absence of the Front of House Manager and ensuring all operating standards, health & safety and COSHH procedures are consistently met.Confidently using all required club systems and complete mandatory training.Supporting domestic and international team travel when required.Collaborating with internal departments to deliver exceptional guest and matchday experiences.Working flexibly across all LFC sites as part of the wider catering operations team.Who are we looking for?You will have strong knowledge of safeguarding, along with proven experience in a similar role, leading teams in a customer-focused environment.
