We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a permanent basis.
Summary of the Accounts Payable Administrator role
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 40 hours working week
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Administrator
* Maintain bought ledger and associated control accounts.
* Reconciliation of transit accounts with the purchase cycle.
* Prepares payment proposals and bi-monthly settlement of liabilities.
* Process invoices and payments.
* Manage internal reporting timetables.
* Prepare ledger reports.
Requirements for a successful Accounts Payable Administrator
* Demonstrable experience in an Accounts Payable role previously.
* Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment.
* Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
* Experience with purchase and sales ledger.
* Excellent communication skills.
