This is a full-time hybrid role primarily based from our Headquarters in Dereham Norfolk. The role will consist of overseeing & delivering Sales Growth & retention across our whole business, consisting of overall responsibility for our Commercial Teams across the UK. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing day to day Sales, Retention, Managing & Analysing performance data, Providing effective Team Management, Budgeting & maintaining effective communication with all Stakeholders. This role demands significant cross-functional leadership across the entire Organisation & requires successful experience managing Sales & Customer Experience Excellence.
