What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
Acting as a trusted advisor to operational teams, providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborating across departments to understand business needs and develop actionable financial plans and forecasts.
Preparing and presenting financial reports, KPIs, and key insights that drive performance improvements.
Supporting budgeting, financial modelling, and scenario planning to help shape future business strategies.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a business partnering role, ideally within professional services, technology, or similar sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar analytics platforms.
