Finance Assistant/ Purchase Ledger/ Immediate Start/ Weekly Paid Role/ Ongoing Assignment/ Free On Site Parking/ Hospitality Sector Accounting
My Hospitality Sector Client requires the support of a Finance Assistant to fulfil an ongoing interim assignment. You will be joining a friendly team to support the Finance Manager with predominately Purchase Ledger and daily Income audit duties. You will be working in excellent conditions in an interesting business sector that will offer variance and excellent exposure.
Previous experience in a similar capacity as a Finance Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk is required. Previous experience of working within Hospitality Sector/ Hotel Accounting is HIGHLY advantageous.
Finance Assistant Duties:
* Processing of purchase ledger invoices (matching, batching, coding)
* Gaining approval for invoices to be paid
* Processing invoice payment runs
* Daily bank reconciliations
* Daily reconciliations of cash and banking terminals
* Supporting with sales invoice processing
* Supporting with Credit control and allocation of incoming payments
* Revenue audits
* Reconciling daily income audits to be sent out to the wider business.
Finance Assistant Required Experience:
