Salary & Benefits
* Salary to £30k, tips worth 3-4k
* 3 nights off per week

The Role
* Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working to AA Rosette level in the kitchen using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service plus events and functions
The Person
* You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working with all fresh food, ideally to AA rosette level or above
