We are working with a global technology business seeking a talented Solicitor (2-3 PQE) to join their European legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to move into (or further develop within) an in-house role with broad exposure and direct support from senior leadership.
The Role
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a key role in delivering legal, compliance and risk support across the organisation's European operations. This is a genuinely varied position offering a mix of commercial, regulatory and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
* Advising internal stakeholders on legal risk and contractual matters
* Supporting compliance and regulatory activities (e.g. data protection, internal policies)
* Assisting with legal documentation, governance and record-keeping
* Liaising with internal teams and external parties to support legal processes
* Providing day-to-day legal advice across the business.
