Job Title: Credit Controller
Power NI, part of Energia Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller based in Belfast. This is a full-time, permanent role with 37 hours per week, offering a hybrid working model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
About the role
The Credit Controller will negotiate with customers to offer suitable repayment options and work within a high-performing team to provide tailored solutions. The role involves proactively engaging with domestic customers experiencing difficulties paying energy bills via inbound and outbound calls. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating active listening, empathy, and solution-focused approaches, while setting boundaries and seeking support when needed.
About you
* Experience in handling difficult conversations in a target-driven environment.
* Strong resilience, empathy, and adaptability.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and managing multi-channel communications.
