Role: Senior Full-Stack Engineer (pref. Front-End)
Salary: £85,000–£100,000 + equity + bens

About the Company
Wedo are collaborating with a FinTech start-up. The founders have an unrivalled track-record of scaling successful businesses, largely across the FinTech sector. This product, focusing on Wealth Management, is set to disrupt the sector and is already gathering significant traction. As a result, there is a need for 4 engineers to come on board to expedite design and development...the mentality is very much own it, build it, ship it and host it.
The Team
Circa 30 in total. One Lead engineer across both back-end and front-end. This position reports into the CTO.

* React-TypeScript
* React-Native
* GraphQL
* AWS/Heavily Microservices-led
* IaC - Terraform
* Agnostic mindset
* Happy to muck in on BE (Java/Spring Boot)
The expectation
Its likely this position will have a lean towards Front-End. With the current team as it is however, the ideal would be full-stack engineers who are not too precious about getting stuck into the entire stack. Platform architecture is still getting defined and a "DevOps" mindset is mandatory.

3 stages. All discussions with no take home test. Can turn around in two weeks with interview slots available within 48 hours.
