Responsibilities
* Manage sales administration tasks to support the sales team
* Maintain accurate records in CRM software
* Assist with order processing and customer inquiries
* Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
* Coordinate communication between departments
* Support inventory management and product distribution
* Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Familiarity with Sage is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Customer service-oriented mindset
* Competence in Microsoft Office applications
