Our client, a leading name in car finance, is expanding fast — their high-performing sales floor has TRIPLED in size in just the last five months, and the growth isn’t slowing down. They’re now on the lookout for energetic Sales Account Managers to join the team. What You’ll Earn:
Base salary: £26,000 + uncapped commission — with no deductions!
OTE: Up to £70,000
Team incentives
21 days paid leave (+ bank holidays and extra leave each year)
Key Responsibilities:
Convert warm finance leads into sales deals
Qualify customer needs and negotiate the best deals
Build relationships with customers, lenders, and dealers
Deliver outstanding customer service from application to completion
What We’re Looking For:
Previous sales experience in car finance
Drive to hit sales targets and close deals
Excellent communication skills
Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday: 08:30–17:30 + one late shift (09:30–18:30) per week
Weekends: 1 in 3 on rotation
