We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Delivery Lead. In this role, you will enable our technology teams to deliver value predictably and efficiently. You’ll act as a leader and facilitator, optimising processes, removing impediments, and shielding the team from distractions, so they can stay focused on delivery and successfully complete the agreed backlog.
As Delivery Lead, your responsibilities include managing DevOps boards for your team to ensure accuracy and visibility, completing agile reports promptly, and removing any impediments to progress. You will plan work with value delivery in mind, adapting as needed in collaboration with stakeholders. You will uphold team standards and support broader delivery requirements across the technology department.

Location: This is an office based role in either, King Street (Norwich) or Shannon Way (Tewkesbury)
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent planning and execution skills honed in an agile environment.
* High levels of experience with Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to support agile events.
* A good knowledge of DevOps (or similar tools).
* Awareness of the necessity of metrics to understand team performance.
* Good collaboration and communication skills.
* Confidence to work across subject matter experts, stakeholders, product owners and technology team members.
* Ability to identify risks, dependences and impediments with a delivery focused mindset.
* Experience with Microsoft technology stack (Dynamics focus is ideal)
* Ability to navigate technical discussions and challenges.
* Scrum certified with an appetite to further your development in this area.
