The Role
As Head of Finance, you will:
* Provide strategic financial leadership with robust control & reporting
* Manage a senior team of 3 and oversee a team of 14
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, VAT & month-end processes
* Foster a positive, high-performance culture
Requirements
* Fully qualified accountant
* Leadership experience in a large, complex organisation
* Expertise in financial control, reporting & managing multi-cost centres
* Experience managing 3-5 people with mentoring skills
* Strong problem-solving & process improvement skills
* Proficiency in Excel & financial software
* Charity sector experience is a plus, but commercial backgrounds are also welcome
