Precision Machine Training Specialist (Contract) Location: Reading Contract Length: 12 months Working Pattern: 100% onsite IR35: Inside IR35 Rate: £59 per hour (umbrella) An opportunity is available for an experienced machining professional to take on a hands-on, training-focused role within a high-integrity engineering and manufacturing environment. This position is suited to someone with strong practical machining experience who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others on the job. The Role You will be responsible for training and supporting machinists in precision machining activities, ensuring safe working practices and high standards of workmanship. The role has a strong emphasis on practical instruction, leadership at first-line level, and positively influencing behaviours on the shop floor.
