Job Overview:Academics LTD is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Graduate to join a secondary school in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while working either as a Cover Supervisor or a Teaching Assistant (TA). You will support students in both academic subjects and physical education, helping them thrive inside and outside the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise students as a Cover Supervisor in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons are delivered effectively and on schedule
2. Provide support as a Teaching Assistant (TA) in PE and other subjects, helping students with their learning and practical activities
3. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment as a Cover Supervisor
