We're looking for a Supervisor who loves the energy of café life and enjoys being right at the heart of service. Someone who can confidently lead a shift, support and develop a team, and make sure every guest leaves feeling looked after.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be opening and closing the business, leading service, supporting the team during busy periods, and helping to create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
What you'll be doing Leading shifts and being a visible presence on the floor.
Opening and closing the café, ensuring everything is ready for a successful day.
Delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback with confidence and care.
Supporting, coaching and motivating team members throughout service.
Working confidently across the floor, coffee station and till.
Building relationships with regular guests and helping create a genuine neighbourhood feel.
Ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation at all times.
Supporting stock management, ordering and day-to-day operational tasks.
Working closely with the management team to drive standards, culture and performance.
We'd love to meet someone who Has previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or experienced Front of House professional looking to step up.
Leads by example and enjoys being hands-on throughout service.
Loves hospitality and understands that great experiences are built through attention to detail.
Has confidence working with coffee, fresh food and busy café operations.
Enjoys coaching and developing others.
Stays calm, positive and solutions-focused when things get busy.
Takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
Brings energy, warmth and personality to every shift.
