Overview
As a Project Management Apprentice, you will gain the skills, experience, and confidence to deliver projects that shape the future of Amazon. You will develop a broad, adaptable skillset – mastering stakeholder engagement, governance, financial control, and risk management – while earning your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management over a 42‑month programme.

Your Development
This programme starts in September 2026 and combines on‑the‑job learning (80% in your business area) with structured study time (20%) that leads to your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management. You will be supported by mentors and experienced project professionals.

Project Planning and Delivery

About the Team
Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams – from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. Wherever you are based, you will play an active role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive meaningful results.
Basic Qualifications
* Be 18 years or over before the start date (September 2026)
* Have the right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme
* Have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years
* Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme
* Not be registered on another government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later
* Hold at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English
* Have 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above
* Provide a Statement of Comparability for non‑UK qualifications
* Position is a 42‑month fixed‑term contract; you must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level
