Senior Accountant - Salisbury

Salary: £38k-£48k (Dependant on experience/level)

They're now looking for a Semi-Senior / Senior Accountant to join their team – a role that comes with a broad scope of responsibilities, client interaction, and the ability to shape your career in the direction you want.
Responsibilities:
* Manage your own portfolio of clients, working closely with partners
* Review and prepare statutory accounts, including more complex cases
* Oversee and review work completed by juniors and semi seniors – bookkeeping, VAT returns, and accounts
* Provide technical advice to clients, answering queries and offering proactive support
* Get involved with management accounts and corporate tax return reviews
* Option to expand into audit, personal tax, or other areas depending on your interest
* Mentor and train junior staff, playing an important part in team development
Requirements:
* Qualified (ACA/ACCA) preferred but not essential
* Strong practice experience
* Solid knowledge of statutory accounts, VAT, and tax
* A natural communicator who builds relationships with clients and colleagues
* A team player with a client-focused approach and attention to detail
