Marketing Manager – MSP
Cheltenham (Hybrid, 2–3 days office)
Up to £50,000 DOE
My client, a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP), is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing function and support ambitious growth plans.
This is their first dedicated marketing hire, so you'll be involved in everything from shaping strategy to executing campaigns across digital and offline channels. It's a role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver the full marketing strategy
* Drive lead generation through SEO, PPC, paid social and email campaigns
* Manage the website, content, and case studies to showcase client success
* Implement and optimise marketing automation (HubSpot or similar)
* Track and analyse performance using GA4, SEMrush and reporting tools
* Support the sales team with collateral, proposals and events
* Build the company's brand presence across multiple channels
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in IT/MSP/technology
* Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC and digital campaign management
* Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation), GA4 and SEMrush
* Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
* Ability to balance strategy with day-to-day execution
* Strong communication skills, comfortable working with leadership and sales
The Offer:
