Are you an SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or Support Worker looking for a stable, full-time role in a supportive school environment?
We are urgently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in specialist SEN schools and inclusive mainstream schools in Feltham, supporting children and young people with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD, and complex needs.
These are long-term, ongoing positions with consistent routines, strong leadership support, and immediate starts available.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs
* Support students with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement
* Assist teachers with classroom learning, routines, and transitions
* Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral teams
* Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
* Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to support progress

This role is ideal for candidates who:
* Have experience in SEN, education, care, youth work, mental health, or support work
* Are patient, calm, resilient, and confident supporting challenging behaviour
* Are reliable and available Monday to Friday
* Are seeking a full-time, long-term role
* Want to make a real difference in young people’s lives
School-based experience is NOT essential.
