The IT Support Technician provides on-the-ground and remote ICT support to EC Centres in the UK region. There'll also be opportunities to assist with specific ICT projects Key Responsibilities: Support end users Provisioning and troubleshooting client and network systems Maintaining hardware audits and documentation Troubleshooting Network Problems Re-organising and Maintaining Server Rooms Install and configure hardware and software components Repair or replace damaged hardware Lifting and moving IT equipment Potential paid travel within UK Education Required: ICT Certification Experience Required: Good understanding of LAN and WAN technologies Experience Desired: Networking experience Equality and Diversity: Equality and diversity are at the heart of everything we do.
