An exciting role as a Learning & Development Manager within a top media company. This would be suited to anyone with experience designing and delivering learning programmes to senior stakeholders, particularly within management and leadership development. This is a flexible hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Responsibilities Create a management and leadership training programme for the business. Facilitate programmes through the whole L&D cycle, from design to delivery and evaluation. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess training needs. Support stakeholders in talent mapping and succession planning. Utilising our LMS system to make training content available anytime, anywhere. What we want from you- Expertise and experience managing a company-wide learning & development portfolio, to include a focus on improving management capability A strong understanding of learning and development best practice Previous experience partnering with senior stakeholders The ability to manage multiple projects and work streams in a fast-paced business Preferred Skills CIPD Qualified Coaching qualification or similar- ILM/CMI ```
