Our client is a globally recognised investment management firm with approximately $8 billion in assets under management. They operate across multiple alternative investment strategies including public equity and private markets. Role Summary
This is a client servicing role supporting the Investor Relations team during a particularly busy period. The position will gain exposure to the whole range of client facing functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare client-facing materials, presentations, and reports.
* Assist with the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
* Maintain investor databases and coordinate internal data gathering.
* Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Degree from a reputable university.
* No more than 2 years of experience in client servicing or investor relations within financial services.
* Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to produce polished presentations.
* Exposure to the DDQ process.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
