Business Development Manager (Fasteners / Hydraulics) Northern Ireland Up to £45,000 benefits We are working with a leader in the supply of fasteners, fixings, parts into the engineering, manufacturing and construction markets to recruit their new Business Development Manager to deliver sales growth across NI. Reporting into management you will generate sales opportunities within your markets, this will include; Identifying and pursuing target customers Deliver sales and business development for existing and new customers Maintain all aspects of CRM in respect of new and existing clients Develop and deliver sales presentations and meetings Attend conferences, buyer events, sales conventions, etc Manage existing client relationships to include additional sales to their account Comply with all internal and external processes and quality systems relevant to the role Perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time-to-time What we are looking for A strong track record in either fastener or hydraulic sales within and into the engineering and associated markets Confident communication and interpersonal skills In return you can expect a generous salary, bonus scheme, company vehicle, laptop etc Skills: sales hydraulics fasteners engineering communication
