£45,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £80,000+)
47.5 hours per week (Field-Based Role)

You’ll be responsible for driving sales across a range of construction and heavy equipment products within your territory.
This is a field-based role where you’ll be:
Generating new business through networking and prospecting
Managing and growing existing accounts
Closing deals and identifying additional revenue opportunities
Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experienceWHAT YOU’LL NEED
Proven experience in plant, construction, or heavy equipment sales
Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
Commercial awareness and confidence to close dealsWHAT’S ON OFFER
£45,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission (OTE £80k+)
