Senior Product Manager – Subscriptions (Remote, UK & Europe)

You’ll have full ownership from discovery and design to delivery, always with experimentation and learning at the heart of the work.
About the Company
Work for a creative, high-growth company in the subscription sector as they expand from the US to the UK and Europe. You’ll join a remote-first team focused on launching bold features, learning fast, and delighting users at every stage.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the end-to-end journey for subscription offerings, turning insights into actionable innovations in product.
* Build and execute product strategy for subscription products, from initial concept to launch and beyond.
* Own the customer lifecycle, optimizing sign-up, conversion, renewal, and churn management.
* Lead product discovery, working with data and users to determine future directions.
* Champion experimentation, developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and partnering with data specialists for rapid learning.
* Collaborate across engineering, marketing, customer experience, and operations to ensure each product move has a commercial impact.
* Monitor, report, and optimize key KPIs including churn, retention, LTV, and activation—seeking continuous improvement.
* Document progress, wins, and learnings, sharing them to energize peers and leadership.
* Contribute to an agile and knowledge-sharing culture, providing frameworks and methods to the wider team.
What You’ll Need To Apply
* At least 7 years of hands-on digital product management experience, owning end-to-end subscription journeys. B2C/D2C physical goods experience is preferred, along with strong SaaS experience in high-growth environments.
* Proven track record of launching, scaling, and improving subscription models with tangible business results in retention, churn, and growth.
* Expertise in analytics, experimentation, and customer research tools (GA4, Optimizely, Mixpanel, etc.).
* Deep experience working cross-functionally in high-growth or scale-up settings.
* Confidence leading UX outcomes, collaborating with designers, engineers, and architects.
* Advanced storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all business levels.
* Self-driven, quick learner, passionate about continuous improvement.
* Open, collaborative mindset; enjoys sharing frameworks and contributing to team culture.
