Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and execute the organisation's monthly payroll cycle.
* Prepare accurate payment schedules for payroll providers to ensure timely employee net pay processing.
* Monitor and report monthly payroll changes to the Group Finance Director.
* Oversee company benefits programmes and coordinate with external providers.
* Produce payroll reports and provide regular updates.
* Administer payroll systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Manage year-end payroll processes, including issuing P60s and P11Ds.
* Respond promptly to employee payroll-related inquiries.
* Assist management with ad-hoc projects as needed.
* Maintain robust internal controls to ensure payroll accuracy and security.
Experience: Experience working in a standalone Payroll position previously will be highly desirable. A good understanding of multiple payroll systems will also be an advantage.
